Wedding organization and personal touch of on-site wedding coordinator.
Welcome cocktail party (one hour private event)- moved to Wedding day*
Rehearsal dinner (two hour event for 30 guests).
Preparation and ironing of couple's wedding day attire.
Complimentary room for one member of the wedding couple the night before the wedding (based on availability and upon request).
Sparkling wine and fresh fruit for the wedding couple and their parents in the suite, upon arrival (up to three rooms).
Ceremony
Symbolic ceremony* (private event).

Policies
- Beyond Memorable package is available to new wedding bookings made a minimum of one year in advance of wedding date.
- Once wedding is confirmed it cannot be canceled within 6 months to the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date, the wedding cannot be canceled without incurring the penalty. This cancellation penalty fee is $750.
- If the wedding group guest size or room nights are not met by the time of the wedding, the promotion will no longer be applicable, and the couple will need to build the package a la carte or based off of the standard brand wedding packages, with additional costs per guest.
- The resort, at its discretion, can offer the Beyond Memorable package less than a year in advance of the wedding date. Prices and package inclusions subject to change without notice.
- Resort at its discretion may limit number of guests allowed at rehearsal dinner.
- Discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer.
- This package is not combinable with Save your Date.
- The Beyond Memorable package is inclusive of up to 79 guests staying a cumulative of at least 75 paid room nights.
- Additional guests can be added for an additional cost. This cost is per person
- Please note that most guests are required to stay at the resort, with fees applicable for those opting to stay off-resort. Kindly be informed that day passes are not permitted, with only LIMITED to 4 wedding passes available 30 minutes before the ceremony; all guest must be adults (over 18 years).
- Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
- Wedding date and rooms are based to availability and must be confirmed with the resort in advance of purchase.
- All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer.
- Additional fees may apply for service of a judge or minister, legal or special ceremonies. These fees will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator.
